Land Acquired and Declared Road—Turoa Street, Feilding, Manawatū District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,

Pursuant to section 20 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired and further, pursuant to section 114, is declared road and shall vest in Manawatū District Council
Pursuant to section 114, the land in the Second Schedule to this notice is declared road and shall remain vested in Manawatū District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
