Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares;

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land in the First Schedule and Second Schedule to this notice is declared road and shall remain vested in the Crown;
2. Pursuant to section 52(1) the land in the Third Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (shared use path) subject to a right to convey electricity created by Easement Instrument 12950336.1 and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
