Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to sections 50 and 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for water catchment purposes, and that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, shall vest in Watercare Services Limited on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
