Land (Subsurface) and a Restrictive Covenant Acquired for Railway Purposes City Rail Link Project—59 Pitt Street, Auckland Central
Pursuant to section 55(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the definition of Railway Land referred to on page 2 under the Definitions and Interpretation Section of the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 2025, Notice No. 2025-ln5872 is hereby amended by deleting reference to
“Railway Land means the stratum estate in freehold that has been acquired for railway purposes described as Sections 99 and 101 on SO Plan 537515, being 103m2 and 141m2 respectively more or less;”
and replacing it with
“Railway Land means the stratum estate in freehold that has been acquired for railway purposes described as Sections 99 and 101 on SO Plan 470831, being 258m2 and 141m2 respectively more or less”
