Pursuant to section 55(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the definition of Railway Land referred to under the Definitions and Interpretation section of the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 October 2025, Notice No. 2025-ln5711 is hereby amended by deleting reference to

“Railway Land means the stratum estate in freehold that has been acquired for railway purposes described as Section 3 on SO Plan 537515, being 1126m² more or less;”

and replacing it with

“Railway Land means the stratum estate in freehold that has been acquired for railway purposes described as Section 3 on SO 470830, being 1126m² more or less”.
