Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule of this notice to be stopped and to remain vested in the Porirua City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
