In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 111 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whanganui District Council has passed the following resolution:

“That Council approves the dedication of Section 1 SO 559993 (the land described in the Schedule attached to the notice) as Road under section 111 of the Reserves Act 1977”.
