Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Kāpiti Coast District Council (by a resolution dated 31 July 2025), gives notice that:

1. the reserves described in the First Schedule are classified as recreation reserves;
2. the reserves described in the Second Schedule are classified as scenic reserves;
3. the reserves described in the Third Schedule are classified as historic reserves;
4. the reserves described in the Fourth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (community use);
5. the reserves described in the Fifth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (ecological corridor);
6. the reserves described in the Sixth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (ecological site and walkway);
7. the reserves described in the Seventh Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (esplanade and kaitiakitanga);
8. the reserves described in the Eighth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (esplanade);
9. the reserves described in the Ninth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (foreshore protection);
10. the reserves described in the Tenth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (pedestrian accessway);
11. the reserves described in the Eleventh Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (plantation);
12. the reserves described in the Twelfth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserves (stormwater);
13. the reserve described in the Thirteenth Schedule is classified as a local purpose reserve (utility);
14. the reserve described in the Fourteenth Schedule is classified as a local purpose reserve (walkway),

subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
