Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. the land in the First Schedule is declared road and shall remain vested in Crown; and
2. the land in the Second Schedule is declared road, which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, shall become road, limited access road and State Highway and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
