Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the undersigned hereby amends the land district of the notice with the above heading, dated 20 August 2025 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 2025, Notice No. 2025-ln4657, by deleting reference to

“Canterbury Land District—Selwyn District”

and replacing it with

“Canterbury Land District—Christchurch City”
