Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, the Right Honourable Dame Cindy Kiro, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule shall be road.
