Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to section 120(3):

1. the land described in the First Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1183997, and
2. the land described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1184650 subject to Mortgage 13257421.6.
