Pursuant to section 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goossens, Land Information New Zealand declares the portion of road (airspace) described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title CB18K/449, subject to all existing encumbrances.
