Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Palmerston North City Council, under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, authorises the exchange of part of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule be held as Local Purpose (Cemetery) Reserve for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
