Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the undersigned hereby amends the description in the schedule of the notice with the above heading, dated 11 September 2025 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 September 2025, Notice No. 2025-ln5145, by deleting reference to:

“Lot 242 DP 13311 (part Record of Title NA818/195)”

and replacing it with

“Lot 1 DP 595008. All Record of Title 1147550”
