Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule to this notice is declared road, which shall vest in the Hastings District Council; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(7) the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and added to the land in Record of Title HBC2/111

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
