Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes—Reid Line West, Feilding, Manawatū District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Manawatū-Whanganui Regional Council on the date of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
