Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road and vested in the Ashburton District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 116 and section 117(3)(a), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title CB34D/278, subject to Mortgage 5099468.7

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
