Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Olivia Mazey, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road subject to section 308(4) and (5) Local Government Act 1974, Gazette Notice 556524.1 and a Water Right in Transfer 712692.1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
