Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand declares that

1. Pursuant to section 20, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the First Schedule is declared road pursuant to section 114, which shall vest in the Whangarei District Council; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a) the portion of road described in the second schedule is to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 830402 subject to Mortgages 13063311.1 and 13063311.2

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
