Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in Tauranga City Council as one separate title on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
