Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, South Taranaki District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its meeting on 18 August 2025, hereby reclassifies the portion of reserve described in the Schedule to this notice as a local purpose (utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
