Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3) the land comprising the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title CB 8K/740

on the day of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
