Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into,

1. pursuant to sections 20(1) and 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired and declared road and shall vest in Rangitikei District Council; and
2. pursuant to section 116, the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN23D/501 subject to Mortgage 579456.1 as varied by 6694082.1

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
