Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown, subject to a right to drain stormwater in gross created by Easement Instrument 7260489.9, and subject to 7260489.4, 7260489 and 8699465.3 Consent Notices pursuant to section 221 of the Resource Management Act 1991 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
