Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Central Otago District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
1. The area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title OT3C/673.
2. The areas described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title OT4D/1411.
3. The area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 895982.
3. Declares the portions of land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title OT4D/1411 subject to Mortgage 11035533.2.
