Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director Regional Operations, Auckland, Department of Conservation, hereby appoints Te Haerenga o Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki Limited to control and manage the part of the Motutapu Island Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto for recreation purposes, subject to the said Act and an agreement dated 28 May 2025.
