Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having being entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for transportation purposes excepting, pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, such mines and minerals that remain in Records of Title NA644/199 (cancelled) and NA8D/1000 (cancelled) and Deeds Indices A2/719 and 24A/169 and subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1987 and subject to Certificate 12942963.1 and Covenant 13306656.2 and shall vest in Auckland Council, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
