Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991
Pursuant to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, I, Owen Kilgour, Director of Operations, Western South Island, hereby approve the sale of the following parcels of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, and being more particularly described in the following Schedule.
