Declaration and Classification of Reserve—Dunedin City

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated 12 June 2013, the Dunedin City Council, by resolution (Resolution CNL/2025/184 dated 24 June 2025), declares the lands described in the Schedule to be a reserve held for recreation purposes, deemed to be classified as a recreation reserve under section 16(2) of the Reserves Act 1977.
