Pursuant to section 16A(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, Her Excellency The Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be classified as a scientific reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and shall be named the Ototara Scientific Reserve.
