Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Taupō District Council, by resolution dated 29 April 2025, pursuant to section 16(2A), hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule as recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17.
