Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Auckland, Auckland Council hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 May 2024, Notice No. 2024-ln2389, by deleting the reference in the First Schedule to “and New Zealand Gazette, 22 November 2021, Notice No. 2021-ln5037”.
