Under section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Greymouth District, Department of Conservation, under a delegation by the Minister of Conservation, authorises the exchange of the local purpose (drainage) reserve described in the First Schedule, for the land described in the Second Schedule, with the effect that the land described in the Second Schedule will be held as a local purpose (drainage) reserve with ownership deemed to have derived from the Crown.
