Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council;
2. Pursuant to section 52(4), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council; and
3. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and, pursuant to section 117 and 120(3), amalgamated as to a ½ share with the land in Record of Title NA35C/943 and as to a ½ share with the land in Record of Title NA35C/944

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
