Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a resolution dated 13 March 2025, hereby changes the classification of the parts of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto to local purpose (community buildings) reserve.
