Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Judith Anne Collins, Minister of Defence, hereby authorise that the land described in the Schedule to this notice, vested in the Crown for defence purposes, shall have a secondary use of health purposes applied on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
