Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Dunedin City Council under its delegation from the Minister of Conservation and pursuant to a resolution passed on 27 August 2019 hereby classifies the Reserve known as the Dunedin Town Hall described in the Schedule for a local purpose (municipal and entertainment) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
