Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the undersigned classifies the reserve described in Schedules 1 and 2 below as recreation reserve. Further, the undersigned vests the reserve land set out in Schedule 1 in the Auckland Council in trust for that purpose and appoints the Auckland Council to control and manage the reserve land set out in Schedule 2 for that purpose.
