Under section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Masterton District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 14 May 2025 changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule from local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve to local purpose (access) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
