Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for granting as compensation, subject to Fencing Covenant 571584.1 in favour of Porirua City Council and section 59 of the Land Act 1948, and with the benefit of the easements created by easement instrument 13210919.15, and shall vest in Porirua City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
