Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, South Taranaki District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its meeting on 26 May 2025, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
