Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and remained vested in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
