Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a resolution dated 13 February 2025, hereby changes the classification of part of the recreation reserve local purpose (community) reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
