Change of Classification of Reserve in the District of Central Otago

Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Central Otago District Council changes the classification of the portion of reserve, described in the schedule hereto, to Local Purpose (Water Reservoir) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
