Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, section 257 of the Urban Development Act 2020, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having being entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be hereby set apart for urban development under the Urban Development Act 2020, and shall vest in Kāinga Ora 10 working days from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
