Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, Vanessa Oakley, General Manager, New Zealand Railways Corporation, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for and on behalf of His Majesty The King for railway purposes subject to Notices 7444339.1 and 7444339.7 and subject to the electricity easement created by Gazette Notice 6039932.1 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
