Pursuant to section 23(3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed the Central Otago District Council to have the control and management of the Roxburgh Cemetery being the land described in the Schedule to this notice as from the date of signing.
