Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 10 September 2024, gives notice that:

1. Under sections 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the First Schedule is classified as Recreation Reserve and named Whakapakari Park.
2. Under sections 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Second Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Mangaiti Park.
3. Under sections 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Third Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Mangakotukutuku Esplanade.
4. Under sections 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Fourth Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Te Awa O Katapaki Esplanade.
5. Under sections 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Fifth Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Mangaharakeke Esplanade.
