Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Olivia Mazey, Land Information New Zealand, the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), shall be vested and amalgamated with the land comprised within Record of Title 1133696 Subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 on the day of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
